The book The Nordic Baking Book is a sequel to The Nordic Cookbook and a comprehensive presentation about the Scandinavian baking and travelogues from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden by Magnus Nilsson, founder of Fäviken Magasinet (which in spring 2015 was voted the 19th best restaurant in the world). Commissioned by Phaidon Press (England).
